Rosary Novena for October Synod of Bishops
Pope Francis, during his visit to Philadelphia, asked all of us to pray fervently for the October Synod of Bishops, which is on the topic “The vocation and mission of the family in the Church and in the contemporary world.” Our own Archbishop Chaput will serve as a delegate to the synod from the United States of America. Since October is the month of the Rosary, the Archdiocese invites everyone to commit to praying a Rosary each day of the Synod (October 4-25) for the intention of the Synod and for Archbishop Chaput.
