Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez invites you to join him for the IX Conference of the Association of Hispanic Pastoral Musicians of the United States (AMPHE). This national conference will be held in Philadelphia for the first time on September 9-11, 2022, at the Mother Boniface Center (3501 Solly Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136). Friday, September 9, will be a professional day dedicated to leadership development for clergy, religious, and laity. AMPHE’s mission is to develop and promote liturgical, spiritual, musical and cultural formation programs that help to strengthen, train and integrate the minister of music in the Church. Workshops for Liturgical Ministers begin on Saturday, September 10th, and will feature sessions for musicians, psalmists, vocalists, lectors, ministers of the Holy Communion, and ushers. The weekend’s program will be formational and transformational. This unique opportunity is not limited to just liturgical ministers. Anyone who longs for a deeper understanding and appreciation of Liturgy is invited to attend!
