Matt Davis, Director of the Office for Ministry with Young Adults, extends to all parishioners an invitation to participate in an upcoming Fit From Faith: Health and Wellness Coaching Centered on Christ information session that all will be held at the Malvern Retreat House on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

Fit From Faith is a dynamic Catholic health and coaching program that was founded by Lindsay Fullerman, MA, PN2, SSC, who has an extensive background in health, wellness and theology. Coach Lindsay’s program teaches participants how to nourish and exercise their bodies and explains how physical health relates to spiritual and emotional health. All are welcome to participate in the Life in the Spirit 2022 Seminar. Sponsored by the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the free seven-week seminar will begin on Friday, July 15^th.

Weekly sessions will be held in-person at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Raymond of Penafort Catholic Church (1350 Vernon Road, Philadelphia, PA 19150). If you are unable to attend, you can watch a video after each session via the Saint Raymond of Penafort YouTube Channel.

Each seminar will include a dynamic speaker presentation. This year’s speaker line-up includes Father Rafal Walczyk, O.S.P.P.E., National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa; Susan Havey; Kathleen McCarthy; Father Chris Walsh, Pastor of Saint Cecilia Parish; Father Stephen T. DeLacy, Vicar for Faith Formation with Youth and Young Adults; and Fr Joseph Ita Sam, C.M., Parochial Vicar of Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
