Today, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in union with dioceses throughout the country, have announced that the Catholic Bishop Abuse Reporting Service (CBAR) has been established as a result of the bishops of the United States ongoing commitment to carrying Vos Estis Lux Mundi.
