GOOD NEWS from the Saint Frances Cabrini Pot of Gold Lottery Program!
With the addition of the FACTS tuition system at Holy Family Regional Catholic School, we can now apply your tuition voucher directly to your FACTS tuition account. The Pot of Gold Voucher amount will be applied directly to your account, thereby reducing the amount of tuition owed and the monthly amount due. Therefore, we will no longer issue paper tuition vouchers. Instead, the new procedure will work as follows:
- St. Frances Cabrini will send an email to the Pot of Gold participating families notifying that a Pot of Gold Voucher has been earned and indicating the voucher amount.
- St. Frances Cabrini will send the voucher payment directly to Holy Family Regional Catholic School requesting that it be applied to the FACTS account.
- Holy Family Regional Catholic School will apply the voucher payment to your FACTS tuition account.
- Once the credit has been applied, FACTS will send an email notifying that a change has been made to your account
- The FACTS account holder can then log on to the account to see the actual transaction information and confirm that the appropriate amount has been applied.
