The Augustinian Province of St. Thomas of Villanova is pleased to offer a new opportunity for friars and laypeople alike to better connect with each weekend’s readings. The bi-weekly “Augustinian Reflections on Sunday Readings” will feature not only the upcoming readings for the following two weeks but also personal reflections, related readings from the works of St. Augustine, and relevant quotes from our Augustinian pope, Pope Leo XIV.
All of our email subscribers will receive the first two installments of these emails to see if they are something you would like to add to your own prayer life. If you are interested in subscribing to this series after that, you must put your name on the special mailing list here. After the first two installments, only those on that email list will continue to receive “Augustinian Reflections on Sunday Readings.” Whether you use it to better engage with that weekend’s readings, help you in your own reflection or preaching, or better familiarize yourself with the works of St. Augustine, we hope it will be a helpful resource for you.
